World Parkinson's Day

11.04.2024

Dance can alleviate the symptoms of Parkinson's as an accompaniment to therapy and therefore makes a significant contribution to improving the quality of life of people with a movement disorder. Since 2016, tanzhaus nrw has been offering courses for people with Parkinson's disease. In a relaxed and approachable environment, participants are encouraged to regain their body awareness through dance. On World Parkinson's Day, we give people with Parkinson's as well as dance mediators and people working in social work or healthcare the opportunity to explore the possibilities and special features of dance for people with Parkinson's. And ouf course, to exchange ideas and network with colleagues. Save the date!
