About Nadja Görts

„Whether lively or relaxed – here, everyone can be themselves. Together, we enjoy a wonderful time filled with joy, peace and connection.“
Nadja Görts

Nadja Görts offers courses for children and their caregivers at our academy. Nadja worked until recently as a musical performer and has a master's degree in dance education, research and artistic practice from the German Sport University Cologne. As a choreographer, she is active both in Germany and abroad, including Greece, Spain, Cyprus and Tunisia. Her first dance film, "Würde" (Dignity), has won awards at numerous international festivals. As a music theatre educator, she regularly supports the permanent team at the Junge Oper am Rhein. She completed her training as a yoga teacher in Bali and has since then also worked as an instructor in yoga therapy and dance & movement education.

The academy offers two courses for children and their parents or guardians, led by Nadja Görts: family yoga and creative children's dance with parents. Family yoga is a special course in which an adult guardian and the child discover the world of yoga in a playful way. Through short stories, they learn about the different yoga poses (asanas) and their first mindfulness exercises. The focus is on the two of them – connected in the here and now. Creative children's dance with parents allows children to try things out with all their senses, discover new things and develop their own dance language. At the same time, the parent-child bond is strengthened, because mum, dad or a permanent caregiver are always there. Click HERE to see Nadja's offers.
