Everybody is talking about diversity, yet when it comes to propositions to act, they are often simply met with silence within the art scene. Barrier-free access, too, is not included at a basic level; it still counts as a special extra. Together with people from different artistic and cultural politics positions, we ask ourselves the following question: How can we create structures and enable concepts in which intersectionality is a constant thought and a lived reality?
