The tanzhaus nrw Urban Styles Academy lecturers have come up with a unique festival programme: THE JAMMM celebrates urban dance styles and cultures from 11 to 13 April.
For three day, tanzhaus nrw will become a creative space that merges stage and Academy. The festival’s core team – Bouni, Miro AKA Zero, Nini, Ruby, Sonja Reischl, Surena, Takao Baba and Tamara Rahil – organises a multilayered programme: You can expect jam sessions, a guest lecture with exciting speakers, the proprietarily developed THE JAMMM Performance Night as well as a highly energetic Circle Session Special. Additionally, all three days feature an extensive workshop programme – with hip hop, popping, house, locking, new jack, voguing, waacking, new style hustle and more styles, for beginners and advanced dancers.
