Hey du! Next.

Hey du! Next. is the third instalment in a trilogy which the artistic team developed in collaboration with seven Wim Wenders Gymnasium pupils. While the first part dealt with the pandemic challenges, leading to a film that artistically reflected on the video conference medium, the participants met for the first time in the analogue realm on the tanzhaus nrw stage during the second part, Hey du! Jetzt. The group became a community through working on Hey Du!. In the third part, the children find themselves in a choreographed sound video installation and tell the audience about a multidimensional world. They explore themes such as freedom, friendship, and hierarchy. Where am I right now, and where is everyone else? How do I move about now in a free space, and about the others? How do I organise new spaces collectively?
