The work on an artificial intelligence that produces intelligence brought media designer Tammara Leites and artist Simon Senn together. Tammara Leites searched for a volunteer willing to feed the AI with training data. Simon Senn consented and provided his complete digital data, emails, and documents. Thus was born the AI dSimon with which interaction via a website is possible. But before long, dSimon displayed unexpected and disturbing behaviour towards some website users.
The events surrounding dSimon will be reflected upon in interaction with the audience, from a personal, artistic, and an ethical perspective. Simon Senn and Tamara Leites invite the audience to contemplate the relation between human and machine and its influence on the human ecosystem.
