Tête-à-Tête
“Tête-à-Tête” is simultaneously object theatre, installation art and existential narrative. The spectator glances through a mask and experiences, as if through a keyhole, a parallel world. The scenery: A man handles different items, applying tissue paper, plaster masks, an apple and a flame. By means of a carefully applied illumination and high-performance optical elements, one goes on a journey through different layers of identity that keep falling off like masks. We seem to coalesce with the artist, with his skin, his face. Two faces form a third one in this manner.
