Power Yoga

Course with Kunie Baba

Kunie's classes are based on Ashtanga (Vinyasa) yoga, which is considered both sensitive and physically demanding. The focus is on the various postures (asanas) and breathing control (pranayama). Kunie likes to push her students to their limits, but without overwhelming them. Rather, it is important to her that they develop an awareness of their “inner teacher” in order to find the greatest possible benefit for body, mind and soul.

Kunie Baba has been a part of the tanzhaus nrw teachers’ team since 2010, convincing her participants (and us, too), with an irresistible mix of heart and knowledge. She was long active as a ballet dancer before finding her way into yoga. She is both a Federal Yoga Assocation and Yoga Alliance certified teacher, specialising in power yoga, hatha yoga and raja yoga.
