Salsa Lady Styling

All ladies are welcome in this workshop!

Participants will work together on feminine body technique to become very diverse and harmonious in feminine movements and body techniques. In addition, a beautiful, soulful choreography will be developed, on the basis of which the learned can be further trained and danced in the following.

La Cati's workshops focus on the fun of movement and music as well as individual support. She teaches in a motivating, inspiring and full of joie de vivre way: "In my classes I want the women to feel comfortable and more feminine again. It is important to me that they find a good feeling towards themselves, towards themselves in connection with the music and their feminine body language. It's wonderful for me to see how the women develop in my classes and perceive themselves completely different over time - much more feminine and happy with themselves."

In Lady Styling, only women dance with each other. La Cati also explains about the combinations how they can also be used in partner dancing.

Participation in the workshop is possible both in high shoes, but also in sneakers or barefoot.
