Fall into Chaos – Movement Exploration Flow

Workshop with Agnetha Jaunich

What movements occur when our body takes over?
Agnetha uses contemporary dance improvisation and principles of body anatomy, mixed with breathwork and somatic work to create a constant flow of movement. The dance floor becomes a playground of possibilities. Through conscious perception, sensory overload and engaging in the moment, we break through well-known movement patterns and discover our body as an endless resource for dance and movement.
