BBM - Breathing Bodies Movement explores our somatic structure and its harmonious-disharmonic relationship to our individual complex breathing system. BBM focuses on somatic areas that we often ignore and aims to bring them to life: How do we use the air we breathe? The method aims to search for harmonious coordination between the body and emotional system of all people. BBM guides the body and mind in the search for an honest connection between the three elements: nervous system, respiratory system and spirit. The more we reach the hidden spaces in the body that do not “breathe”, the more we breathe life into them, bring them to life, refresh our personal inner energy, find new inner rhythms, free ourselves from bad physical habits, protect our bodies and enjoy our living bodies. With simple, original exercises, De Volff's method stimulates freedom and fun in the individual's body. It allows you to explore creativity in the studio every day and leave boundaries behind and is suitable for all people, whether professional or non-professional.
