About Ivan Keim

Ivan was born and raised in Mendoza, Argentina. He received his training as a dancer at the UNA - National Art University and at the National Ballet & Modern Dance Academy, in Buenos Aires. His first engagement with the Argentine National Ballet was followed by others as a dancer in various fields and styles - from modern dance companies to TV shows and commercials. After moving from South America to Europe, Ivan danced for Deutsche Oper Am Rhein, Oper Köln, Theater Bonn and Oper Dortmund, among others. In 2018 he founded the Tempecy - Modern Dance Company in Estonia, with which he got to know a new professional side of dance as artistic director and choreographer. Today Ivan works mainly as a dance instructor and choreographer and follows the credo: "I strive to continuously develop my expertise in the field of dance."
