Apart from the performances, tanzhaus nrw offers a production and rehearsal venue for artists. The productions will eventually be shown on the tanzhaus nrw stage at a later date. Interested visitors are given the opportunity to directly experience the artists’ work and their production processes during a visit to an open rehearsal.

How do family photographs shape the image we create about ourselves? If there is no shared picture showing ourself with our own parents because they died early, how can we develop, change or re-think our own physicalness? In his solo, Darko Radosavljev transforms the audience into parts of a constantly evolving family portrait: A varying picture with changing roles emerges over the duration of the performance.
