Apart from the performances, tanzhaus nrw offers a production and rehearsal venue for artists. The productions will eventually be shown on the tanzhaus nrw stage at a later date. Love letters, sound recordings, buttons, manifestos, flyers, fragmented identity concepts – queer-lesbian history as a remix, as a catchy tune. In a soft textile landscape that invites to drift and dream away the artistic team led by Benze C. Werner explores the ongoing shifts in lesbian self-perceptions. LP (Longplay) is an affective accumulation between autotune, dance and live music that questions the past with regard to new futures.
