Akademie Showings

After a semester of intensive work in the courses, let’s say: The stage is yours! In the showings of the academy, tanzhaus Akademie participants are given the opportunity to present their skills to an audience on the big stage.

Every week, over 2,000 children, young people and adults attend courses at the tanzhaus Akademie and learn a wide variety of dance styles – from children's ballet and hip hop to tap and jazz dance. In a stage show, the dancers perform choreographies and short pieces that they have developed with the teachers in class.

The showings of the academy are the conclusion and highlight of the academy year before the new programme starts in September. In addition to family and friends of the participants, the adult showings are also aimed at anyone else interested in dance who would like to get to know what the academy has to offer and the range of dance on stage.
