About Damn Time

ABOUT DAMN TIME tells of the solitary and difficult hours spent alone in our rooms. When too many ideas gain too much weight. When the future strikes you down, when love crushes you. When we mourn – for lost time and missed adventures. How to channel that anger? Why is crying such a relief? And when does life finally start?
Eva Borrmann creates a peotic and wistful performative diary in close collaboration with the Nettetal Comprehensive School pupils, a diary that tells of growing up and offers a place to the sorrowful and stormy moments. We discover friendships in the process, friendships that cushion and carry us for some distance. We meet people who want to share the winter with us, music that takes us away – SHAKE IT OFF! The production was created by young people for young people.
