ABOUT DAMN TIME tells the tale of the lonely and difficult hours spent alone in our rooms. When too many thoughts gain too much significance.
When the future strikes you dead, when love overwhelms you.
When we mourn – for lost time and missed adventures.
Where to put the anger? Why does it feel so good to cry? And when does life finally start?
ABOUT DAMN TIME is a kind of diary about growing up.
On the way, we discover friends who catch us and carry us for a bit. We meet people with whom we would like to spend the summer, music that takes us places – SHAKE IT OFF!
The production was created in collaboration with young people who told stories of growing up during the pandemic, and how they then developed a very special kind of grief and hope from this.
