Flexing/Tutting

In this bonebreaking course, the focus is on targeted stretching and mobilization exercises that optimally prepare the body for the bonebreaking dance. You will learn special stretching exercises and basics with which you can safely build up your flexibility and further deepen the movements at home. The course mainly consists of stretching, body preparation and technique preparation and creates the physical conditions to perform bonebreaking tricks in a controlled, clean and injury-free manner.
