Tamalpa Life/ Art Process®: Healing Arts

Workshop with Priska-Christiane Pithan

Tamalpa Life Art Process® is a creative and therapeutic approach based on the teachings of California based postmodern choreographer Anna Halprin and combines body work with somatics, creative writing, self-discovery and healing. The three-part workshop will focus on the exploration of different body parts as well as introduce elements from Anna Halprin’s Movement Ritual and “Walking Dance” along with exercises focussing on feet and legs, hips and pelvis, chest, shoulders, arms and hands to raise some of our important life questions through art exploration: What grounds us? Where is your inner life-source? How do you feel empowered and find your flow?
