Wunderwelt is a choreographic performance for children aged 3 to 6. Inspired by Oskar Schlemmer’s geometric costumes and Jean Tinguely’s kinetic sculptures, the piece transforms abstract forms into a playful, immersive world of movement, sound, and color. Two dancers move within vibrant, sculptural costumes evolving into a dynamic scenography, inviting the young audience to move through shifting forms and playful soundscapes. Gradually, the feeling of the unknown transforms into a sense of wonder.

Apart from the performances, tanzhaus nrw offers a production and rehearsal venue for artists. The productions will eventually be shown on the tanzhaus nrw stage at a later date. Interested visitors are given the opportunity to directly experience the artists’ work and their production processes during a visit to an open rehearsal.
