FRAGMENTE (AT) Ticketacke, liebe Welt. Ein Solo für zwei Leute

performing:group
Small Stage, Studio 6
Dates
16.06.2022 – 16.06.2022
Haustür und bemalte Hauswände

In FRAGMENTE (AT), performing:group deals with the presence, and takes a look at a near and evident future from there: Fragmentary images are conjured, demonstrating the variety of numerous possibilities, discarding them again, only to develop some of their own. The artist collective strives less to gaze at a constantly changing society in crisis mode, they would rather direct the view inward: What are we doing here? And what comes next?

At the completion of their first work phase, performing:group will open their work process towards an invited audience at tanzhaus nrw, to share elements of their mode of operations. A fixed group from the Düsseldorf Diakonie received a dinner party invitation for June 15th. Communal dining will be emphasised here, accompanied by an informal exchange, sustained by the key question how communities and individuals deal with critical phases of reorientation. A practice workshop open to the general public will follow on June 16th, during which the visitors can become artistically active themselves. On the same day and apart from this, performing:group will make the preliminary results of their own research for the conception of their new piece in development visible during a showing.

Everything is possible.
Everything is too much.
Everything is change.
Change is everything.
