Constructing Collaborations
Six young dance creators from Istanbul, Casablanca and North Rhine-Westphalia have been meeting since October 2018 in order to conduct research together, to create an exchange and to follow research on collective work processes. In this, the gathering of dance creators itself is object and aim of the research. The exchange takes place within the tanzhaus series “response-ability. Eine Ethik der Begegnung (response-ability. Ethics of encounters”), accompanied by mentors Fatih Genckal, Meryem Jazouli and Anna Mülter. At the residencies‘ conclusion that took part in the frame of the “A Corner in the World” festival in Istanbul, at the “Espace Darja” in Casablanca as well as finally at tanzhaus nrw in Düsseldorf, the involved participants will open up their research to audiences.
