Gala der Tap Dance Days

A narrow dozen artists from all around the world present current facets exhibited by modern tap dance: Rich in rhythm, daring in improvisation, guaranteeing musical finesse as well as displaying a tendency for entertainment, tanzhaus nrw presents tap at its best. It will feature tap greats such as Barbara Duffy, Steven Harper, Tamango as well as Sebastian Weber alongside newcomers such as Helen Duffy, Janne Eraker and Andrea Alvergue, all of whom will perform at the Tap Gala for the first time. Additionally, tap dancers Daniel Luka, Nikolai Kemeny, Sandra Kluge and Pia Neises, all closely associated with tanzhaus nrw, are also set to join. The Roman Babik Trio will provide the evening’s musical accompaniment.
