Course with Svenja Schulte

Combi Classes offer the highest flexibility to you and to us. If possible, this course will take place on site at tanzhaus nrw. But, as long as we are not allowed to let any visitors into our studios, we will continue this class online via ZOOM. The limited number of participants guarantees for personal feedback online as well as in the studio.

Musical dance includes and mixes a number of dance styles. Elements from Jazz Dance, Latin, Modern Dance and Funk are often included. In this course, participants will develop a choreography to the song “Arabische Nächte” of the musical “Aladdin”, inspired by the original choreography. The focus of the class will be on presence and expression while dancing.

Svenja Schulte received her dance education at A.M. Rodriguez’ ballet school. Since then, she has been active for numerous productions, among them ones for German TV channel ZDF. As a coach and choreographer, she has been working for Movie Park Germany, Part Six, Toyota and many more. She has been employed as a dancer and singer at Cologne’s Scala Theater since 2010. Svenja received further education at several schools, among them the Iwanson School in Munich. She enjoys being able to pass on her love for dance while teaching and seeing her students’ development throughout her courses.
