Dance Cocktail

Dance Cocktail presents a mix of different contemporary dance approaches, of Pilates as well as of gentle stretching and relaxation through yoga. We will discover new movement and dissolve the boundaries of known movement patterns in this workshop. Following exercises on technique and those aimed at spatial empathy, the participants will learn a choreography. “It is important to me that everyone feels fine and is able to unwind.” If you want to become creative yourself and shape a choreography, you are cordially invited to try out Carmen’s contemporary classes.
