Can you just let go? Distance yourself from the crises of everyday life? Can you draw strength from your community – or are there moments when you would rather be alone, far away from social expectations? What do you do together once you have found your collective strength?
KLUB Lass_mal_los explores how community can help overcome personal and collective crises. At the same time, it provides space for the decision to occasionally withdraw from the pressure to be constantly social. Music, dance and video are used to harness the power of community to let go together. The KLUB meets monthly on open dates from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (you can come and go at any time; lunch is provided) and develops choreographies, songs and videos that are presented to the public at showings.
Die Veranstaltung wird gefördert von ChanceTanz, einem Projekt von „Aktion Tanz – Bundesverband Tanz in Bildung und Gesellschaft e.V.“ im Rahmen des Programms „Kultur macht stark. Bündnisse für Bildung“ des BMBF. Ein Projekt in Kooperation mit Wim-Wenders-Gymnasium, Schule am Eller Forst, Kinderspielhaus und junges tanzhaus nrw und mit Unterstützung durch take-off: Junger Tanz Düsseldorf.
