“We’re all experiencing the same at the moment: we lack movement. The Tanzpause animates children to step away from their desks even in homeschooling. They move, breathe and return to the everyday life with increased concentration and a positive feeling. “, says Nora. Since February 1st, the pupils of all primary schools in Düsseldorf can take part in the digital Tanzpause, which Nora created together with Ivana Kisic as part of Take-off: Junger Tanz. The project encourages movement in everyday school life and is offered by tanzhaus nrw.
Nora Pfahl graduated from her dance studies at ArtEZ University of Arts in Arnhem. She passionately danced ballet, modern and jazz dance from an early age.
